Mix of Transportation Options Could Allow Big Cities to Do Without Cars
Helsinki’s plan to eliminate the need for automobiles by 2025 is opening a dialogue about whether the world’s largest cities can do without cars.

It integrates the needs of people, the creative application of resources, and the requirements for business success.”
